Thank you for shopping with BabyKido. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@babykido.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once opened or used, including personal care items, feeding products, and baby hygiene products.

We also cannot accept returns for gift cards or final sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to contact us at support@babykido.com. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@babykido.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

Late or Missing Refunds

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please contact your bank or credit card provider first.
